You can cancel your rental agreement by logging in to My Account or by contacting our customer service team, and we will cancel on your behalf. You must give us 30 days’ notice.
You can use an online bank payment and a credit or debit card.
The rent is paid monthly. The first rent is payable at the time of booking. The second rent is paid one month after the start of your rental period, and so on. You will receive a reminder of the rent payment by email.
If you pay through a Stripe payment intermediary (credit or debit card), your rent payments will be made automatically from your card each month.
