How to open your unit door with your phone
We have prepared a guide on opening and closing your unit door with your phone.
1. To open the door, click the light in the lock to turn it red
Wait until the lock turns red and is activated.
2. Once the lock is red and activated, open the Noke app
You will see your unit (i.e. K001) icon with a green color.
Click the icon and wait for the lock to turn green.
3. Once the lock is green, move the handle to the right to open the door
The door stays open until you close it.
How to close the door
1. Close the door and move the handle to the right
Wait until the lock color turns red.
NOTE! Test that the lock handle cannot move to the left anymore.
